How My 13th Job in 8 Years is Going

A while ago, I wrote an article about how I have jumped from job to job. I got great feedback, so I wanted to write a follow-up article to report how I have grown! No one is perfect, so I still have some problems to work through which I will discuss.

My New Job

My 13th job is as a personal trainer at a kickboxing gym! It’s not a full-time position, and I get paid hourly, but I don’t care. I have a much better working environment, a better relationship with my coworkers, and a better relationship with my boss than I had at other jobs. I work for about twenty to twenty-five hours per week. Even after working there for more than six months, I thoroughly enjoy what I do.

With my free time, I am starting my own business, an eating disorder recovery blog. It took me eight years and twelve jobs to realize I needed to be my own boss, so now I’m working on that!

Working on My Previous Mistakes
