15 Ways to be Consistent

Everyone wants to accomplish something: get back in shape, spend less money, eat healthier, drink less, spend more time with friends and family, read more, learn something new, etc. But we think it is unattainable because the goal is so big. Running a marathon is exhausting. Spending less money is difficult. Changing your unhealthy habits is not fun. We don’t understand that with consistency, we can achieve anything.
